What we collect
When you send us a system inquiry or a rig audit, we process your name, email address and the information you share about your instrument, amplifier, pedals and goals.
When you place an order request, we process your contact details and the contents of your request so we can prepare a proposal.
Photos you upload with a rig audit are stored privately and are only used to assess your setup.
Why we process it
We use your data to answer your inquiry, prepare technical proposals, deliver reports and fulfil orders.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and reports are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up service, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless a longer retention is required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing.
