These terms apply to all quotes, order requests, custom builds and services provided by Guitarworkx (Guitarworkx), [Street and number], [Postcode] [City], The Netherlands.

An order request sent through this website is not a binding purchase. We confirm availability, pricing and delivery time in a written proposal first.

An agreement is only formed once you accept our written proposal.

Custom pedalboards, racks and integrated systems are built to your specification. Once production has started, custom work cannot be cancelled or returned.

We confirm the specification with you before production begins.

Prices are quoted in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment terms are stated in the proposal. Work or delivery starts after the agreed (down) payment is received.

New products carry the statutory warranty. Tubes are wear parts and are covered against defects on arrival, not against normal wear.

Custom builds are covered against workmanship defects for 12 months after handover.

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the product or service concerned. We are not liable for indirect damage such as missed gigs or studio time.

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
