Shipping & returns

We ship to all countries within the European Union and the wider European market.

Shipping costs and any import duties outside the EU are confirmed in your proposal before you commit.

Stock items such as retube kits and pedals are usually dispatched within 2 to 5 working days after payment.

Custom builds have an agreed lead time, which we confirm in writing before production starts.

You have the right to return unused stock items within 14 days of delivery, in line with European consumer law.

Custom-built systems, made-to-order configurations and installed tubes are excluded from returns.

To start a return, email info@guitarworkx.com with your order reference. We will confirm the return address and process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at info@guitarworkx.com within 7 days with photos. We will repair, replace or refund.
